The system guarantees that INCROS is always in constant growth and verification of its processes to offer its customers products with high levels of nutrition, quality and safety.
The HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points – protocols identify, evaluate, control and anticipate potential significant hazards to food safety, starting with the suppliers, across all stages of production, to the distribution and consumption of the finished product. This certification is mandatory in many countries, including the USA and the EU, as a whole.
